2. Subscriptions (Monthly & Yearly)
Subscription purchases (including renewals) are non-refundable, except in limited circumstances detailed below.

You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing cycle
You will not receive a refund for the remainder of the period
If you cancel a yearly subscription early, the same rule applies
2.2 Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases such as:
Duplicate purchases
Accidental double charges
Technical issues preventing access to subscriber content
Unintentional renewals (if reported within 48 hours)
We evaluate each request individually.
3. Digital Products
If digital downloads are offered now or in the future (e.g., PDFs, stories, guides, artwork):
Digital products are non-refundable once delivered, due to their intangible nature.
Refunds may only be considered if:
The file is corrupted or cannot be accessed
The customer received the wrong item
